What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, changes cannot be made as we process orders swiftly. If you require a cancellation, promptly reach out to Customer Care with your order number. While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee it after the order has been dispatched. Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as orders with invalid addresses may experience delays. Contact Customer Care immediately if you notice an incorrect delivery address.

What’s the status of my order?

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, click on "Track your order" to monitor delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

The items received are incorrect or defective. What should I do?

If you receive incorrect or defective items, please contact us immediately for assistance.

My package is lost! What should I do?

In the event of a lost package, contact our Customer Care Team promptly or reach out via WhatsApp or phone at +91 8800926062. Once an order is delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

How do I use a promotional or discount code for an online purchase?

Upon selecting a product for purchase, navigate to your bag, where you can input your promotional code on the left-hand side to avail your discount.

 

How fast is your shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse. Once shipped, expect delivery within 3-5 business days. While shipping times may vary, rest assured we strive to expedite your order promptly. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

 

What is your online return policy?

At Charaavi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. For online orders, we accept items in new condition with original tags and packaging for exchange or return. To initiate the process, kindly fill out our return form, which you can find [here](link to return form). Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any Charaavi  product.

What if my return is late?

We understand that sometimes circumstances can delay your return process. However, returns beyond the 7-day period from the shipping date are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you find the perfect fit and style. While we regret to inform you that we are unable to process exchanges, please feel free to return the original item(s) for a full credit and place a new order for the desired size or color.

When will I get my store credit?

Upon receipt of your return, our dedicated team will promptly process it. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued to your registered email address. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and credited.
