Shipping Policy
• Free shipping is available on all orders within India.
• Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and must arrange to send the product back to us.
• We only allow one exchange or return request per order.
• All exchange requests are subject to Charaavi’s approval.
Return Policy
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival or if an incorrect item was delivered.
• A valid unboxing video is required for processing return requests. Without this, requests will not be entertained.
• If a return request is approved for reasons other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product, the customer must bear the return shipping costs.
• Refunds are not offered. Instead, a credit note will be issued, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
